1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ba3339 at ba3339.bet, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotional activity offered by ba3339, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of the ba3339 platform, including registered account holders, visitors who browse the site without a registered account, and any third party who accesses ba3339 on your behalf.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an account with ba3339, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not hold player accounts.

• You must not currently hold more than one active account with ba3339. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

ba3339 operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Registering or operating more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is a violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

ba3339 may at any time request that you complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may involve providing one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ba3339 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ba3339 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security. You agree to notify ba3339 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. ba3339 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

ba3339 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits must be made from a payment account in your own name. ba3339 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The minimum deposit amount may vary by payment method and is displayed in the ba3339 cashier at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited to your ba3339 account balance promptly upon confirmation by the payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method in your own name and that has been previously used to deposit funds into your ba3339 account, unless otherwise agreed in writing with ba3339 support. ba3339 processes withdrawal requests as promptly as the chosen payment method permits. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically completed within minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfers are typically processed within one to four hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business hours. ba3339 does not impose withdrawal fees on standard transactions; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own fees.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on ba3339 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Amounts displayed on the platform are always in BDT. ba3339 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

4.4 Refusal of Transactions

ba3339 reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these terms, or incomplete KYC verification. In such cases, ba3339 will notify you through your registered contact details and provide an opportunity to resolve any outstanding verification requirements.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

ba3339 offers various bonus and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. ba3339 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements (known as hedging), and systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics. ba3339 reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit bonus-derived winnings, and permanently close accounts found engaged in bonus abuse.

5.4 Changes to Promotions

ba3339 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account unless those bonuses were obtained through fraudulent means.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Rules

Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers. ba3339 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ba3339 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account with ba3339, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Using the ba3339 platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Employing automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with ba3339 games or betting markets.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, or any other multiplayer format.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors in game logic, or pricing mistakes in sports betting odds to systematically extract profit in a manner not consistent with normal recreational play.

8. Account Closure & Termination

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your ba3339 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving your request, ba3339 will process the closure within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any pending fraud investigation.

8.3 Termination by ba3339

ba3339 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: a player has violated these Terms & Conditions; a player has provided false registration information; a player is suspected of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal behaviour; or ba3339 is required to do so by a legal or regulatory obligation. In cases of termination due to a player's breach of these terms, ba3339 reserves the right to withhold any bonus balances and, where fraud is established, any winnings derived therefrom.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. ba3339 will notify the account holder at their registered email address prior to applying any dormancy policy. Any real-money balance remaining in a dormant account will be held securely and made available upon the account holder's request following identity verification.
